This former industrial site is located along a disused waterway in Birmingham and its proposed scheme generates a variety of dwelling types at a density of 75 dw/ha. The slope on the site is used to improve views and integrate car parking solutions.
It is the first of a number of sites to kick start the regeneration of the wider area.
