The client and developer wanted to offer bespoke houses, individually designed to target the upper end of the market while setting new standards in sustainability.

These houses are inspired by local traditional buildings in Northamptonshire.
Typically houses are 6m wide and built in lime stone, with features on the gable end.


Site area: 1.3 hectare
Total units: 30 houses

For this project HTA received several commendations and the Housing Design Awards in 2007.
